each week photographers and chefs are paired together for inspiration *
JULY 28th was the first event featuring Paul and the dinner was SOLD OUT *
The PANTONE SUPPER CLUB was a way for Paul to explore food and color through collaboration.
His first collab was with chef Sieger Bayer of The Heritage
who was given a few of Paul's images and based on Pantone's pristinely accurate color chart
created a meal + cocktail out of the the images' colors. This meal included:
Slow-Roasted Salmon with Fennel, Citrus, and Chiles.
Squid Ink Pasta.
Roasted Garlic Purple Mash Potatoes.
Corn on the Cob.
Side of Milk.
